Robert S. "Bo" Bludworth

Robert Bludworth

Bo Bludworth has a wealth of political experience on the federal level. Starting his career in the United States Army in 1967, Mr. Bludworth served as a Helicopter and Ground Platoon Leader in the Republic of Vietnam, where he was awarded the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, Bronze Star, Silver Star and 2 Distinguished Flying Cross Medals for Heroism. Serving in the army for 22 years, Mr. Bludworth culminated his military career as a Lieutenant Colonel appointed as the Army Legislative Liaison to the United States Senate. In that capacity he was tasked as the chief advocate for the army in that body, and forged relationships with Senators from both sides of the aisle. Upon retirement from active duty, Mr. Bludworth became Vice President of Member and Political Affairs for the National Beer Wholesalers Association, where he was in charge of all legislative and regulatory issues before the federal government.
